Sleep – explanation (rem sleep)

First step

The first step before solving the problem is recognition. Go through everything you do during the day. Compare the days when you slept deeply and peacefully with the days when you struggle to fall into a deep sleep. You got to realize that the way you spend your day can have a big impact on your evening. Write down on a peace of paper everything you think causes you a poor sleep quality.
